Free products
The Show Up Challenge and Get Clear are free, so there's nothing to refund.
Paid products
The Identity Feed and The Show Up System are digital products — Notion templates you copy into your own workspace.
If it's not for you, email me at support@theshowupsystem.com within 14 days of your purchase and I'll refund you.
Faults and access problems
If something's broken — a link doesn't work, the template won't copy, or you can't access what you paid for — that's mine to fix. Email support@theshowupsystem.com and I'll get it working or refund you.
How refunds are paid
Any refund goes back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually take 7–10 business days to appear depending on your bank; PayPal is typically faster.
Accepted payment methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
Merchant of record
Orders are handled by our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle order-related inquiries and returns. You can read Fourthwall's own terms and privacy policy at fourthwall.com.
