The Show Up System

$106.16 NZD (plus tax)

You show up. But what do you actually do when you get there?

The System removes the question. Today's session is already laid out when you open it. Every exercise, sets, reps, rest, a tip. Press start.

And it's where the rest of it lives. Your training history, your Challenge if you're running one, and your Identity Feed, one tap from every page. So you can look at who you want to become while you're becoming them.

  • One payment. No subscription, ever.
  • Works on your phone and your computer.
  • Requires a free Notion account.
  • Setup takes 30–60 minutes, with instructions inside.
  • The Identity Feed ($19) and the free Show Up Challenge are both included.
  • Yours for life. It doesn't stop at day 90.

If it's not for you, email me any time within fourteen days and I'll refund you. You don't have to tell me why.

You showed up. Now what?

Getting yourself out the door is one problem. Knowing what to do once you're there is another — and it hits at the worst moment, lying in your bed at 6am while you're still deciding whether to go at all. That moment is where the whole thing lives or dies.

What you're actually building

"I am someone who shows up whether I feel like it or not."

That's the sentence you're working toward being able to say without a doubt in your body.

You build it two ways at once. Evidence — every time you show up. And the claim — saying it out loud, right after you've proved it. Repeated over ninety days, that's what updates what your brain believes about you.

Once it holds, you're no longer running a program that hands you an easy way out every time things get hard.

But motivation won't carry ninety days. What carries it is having the deciding already done — a program that fits your life, somewhere the evidence accumulates, and something that makes showing up the easy option on the days you'd rather not.

That's what the System is. Everything below is how it works.

Not a template. Yours.

You've committed to show up every day, and that means removing as much friction as you can before each day arrives.

The Training Architect is a prompt you paste into any AI chat. It asks about your week before it builds anything — your equipment, the session length you can defend, what's already in there: the football, the job that keeps you on your feet, the days you need to be light.

Then you build the program together. You can let it propose the whole thing, or go exercise by exercise and decide each one yourself.

There are two of them. One is built for the Challenge — it places hard and easy days so training every day doesn't wear you down, and helps you pick your backups in advance. The other is general, if you're just training. Build as many programs as you want, for life.

Either way it hands you a file that merges straight into your System, every exercise, set and rep already mapped. So when you get up in the morning and see your workout clothes lying there, the only decision you have to make is whether to put them on and show up.

You also get training guidelines written for your situation. How to ease in if you haven't trained in a while. How to progress when you can't add weight. What to do on the days you arrive already tired.

This is why setup takes forty minutes rather than five. It's doing more than a workout tracker does.

Say it and mean it.

The whole Challenge comes down to one line: "I'm someone who shows up whether I feel like it or not." The System puts it where it lands hardest — the second you press End Workout, this comes up:

You kept a promise. Say out loud: "I show up whether I feel like it or not."

You're not saying something you hope is true. You just proved it — and pairing the proof with the words, every day, is what makes it stick.

Open it. It's all there.

Tap Today's Workout, and the whole day is already laid out — every exercise, your sets and reps, your rest, a quick tip.

Press Log Exercise to save your set. Last time's numbers are right underneath — so you can see your training's going somewhere, without having to track it in your head.

Every exercise carries a tip, whatever program you're running. Link a demo video to any exercise and it stays one tap away from then on.

Press Start Workout. Do it. Press End Workout. Done.

Guard your attention

Instead of scrolling a feed an algorithm built, scroll one you did.

The Identity Feed is one place with one job: everything on it points at the person you're becoming. Quotes, songs, videos, whatever you want on it.

You don't just get the feed. You also get the one-hour Get Clear protocol, which gives you an Identity Compass to make decisions with, and an Anchor to settle with.

In the System it's always just one tap away.

It doesn't stop at day 90.

Stop at ninety and go back to how it was, and you drift back to who you were. The point was ninety days, and then keep being that person.

Everything you've built stays. Your history, your program, your measurements — it's all still there on day 91, and it keeps growing.

Build a new program when your goal changes. Run another ninety days. Or just keep training.

$59, once

Not a subscription. Training apps run $10–15 a month — that's $120–180 a year, every year, for as long as you use them. This is one payment. You own it.

This is the founding price. It may rise as more gets added. What you paid won't.

If it's not for you, I'll refund you

Use it for fourteen days. If it isn't what you wanted, email me any time before then and you get your money back. You don't have to tell me why.

You're not risking $59. You're deciding whether to spend an hour setting it up.

How it works

  1. Duplicate the template into your own Notion in one click.
  2. Build your program – paste the Training Architect into any AI chat, answer its questions, and the file drops into your System.
  3. Show up. The day's already there. Press start.

Step-by-step instructions are inside. Stuck on anything, email support@theshowupsystem.com.
